Welcome to KT BEEF
Our cattle are raised in the pristine Sierra Valley. They grow naturally on grass that does not receive any chemicals. When the time is right they are fed a feed ration of grain used in the beer brewing process. This superior feed base is then dried and blended with all natural Sierra Valley hay. We do not feed corn or animal by-products to our cattle. We do not use hormones, antibiotics, or dyes.
KT Beef is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. Dry aging allows for the natural enzymes in the beef to enhance tenderness and bring out the full flavor.
After cutting, our beef is vacuum-sealed and quick frozen for freshness. This process preserves the natural juices in the meat.
Quality is more important to us than quantity. Therefore, availability of certain cuts may vary.
